Looking to hold a meeting? looking for space that can accommoidate several attendees?

Look no further, FIDI has several meeting rooms available for rent, at the conference hotel, within the networking area. All meetings fully equipted with AV, and the possibility of arranging food and beverages (f&b) as well. There's nothing easier than hosting your meeting within the conference networking space.

Meeting rooms can be rented for half a day or a full day.  

• Half day meeting room rental: 250€
• Full day meeting room rantal: 500€

Half a day can be either between 8:00am till 12:30pm or 14:00pm till 18:00pm.
Full day rental is from 8:00am till 18:oopm.

AV and Food and Beverage are all additional costs to the meeting.
