Visa Information

FIDI Strongly advices all delegates to double check with their embassy to ensure a visa for entry is not needed. The above and any visa information shared on the FIDI Conference website is a guideline only, and must not be taken as concrete information. Any hesitations at all, please contact your embassy.  


Every traveler must have a valid passport. Visas are required for a continuous stay of more than three months. If your stay is shorter than three months you only need to bring your valid passport with you. This applies to citizens of the following countries:
             - Countries of the American Continent (except Belize,
Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia and Peru);
             -
Europe;
             -
Japan;
             -
Australia; 
             -
New Zealand.

Need a Visa Invitation Letter?

If you need a Visa Invitation letter from the FIDI Office, please contact Laura Rossignoli (FIDI Events Officer) at Conference@fidi.org to request one.


Please ensure your include the following information in the email:

Full Name as stated in passport;

  • Legal Company Name (Not FIDI Company Name);
  • Passport Number;
  • Passport Expiry date;
  • City, Country (you reside in).
