Module 2 - Policy Alternatives, Strategies and Tactics for Global Workforce Mobility

Module 2 will provide you with:

  • The ability to recognize differences and similarities among various mobility types (traditional assignments, short-term, permanent cross-border moves, localization, etc.) and the implications for policy and service delivery;

  • Insight into the evolving needs of “the new expatriates” and how policies, services and procedures will be adapted to meet them;

  • Understanding of business drivers and cost-reduction pressures organizations undergo that cause alternative mobility programs;

  • Understanding how economic drivers and labor market changes can impact short-term, commuter, rotational, career, localization and hybrid assignment programs.
