The focus of this immersion session will be on engaging employees in the transformation to a value-based system, and working towards reducing the cost curve. A group of employee engagement experts from around the nation―including government employers, corporations, and medical groups―will explore strategies for building and sustaining an energized, engaged workforce.

Upon completion of this activity, participant should be able to delineate strategies from various industries for enhancing employee engagement and building and sustaining an energized, engaged workforce.
