Following the morning’s general session, the CEO council will break on its own, and divide the council among small round tables to discuss the various aspects within the High-Performing Health System definition. Potential discussion items include but are not limited to:
  • How are groups providing a continuum of care, including prevention and ambulatory care, for a population of patients?
  • How have you used compensation structures / incentives to physicians and APCs to improve the health and outcomes of populations?
  • What is your future strategy for integrating or partnering with other care sites?
