Above rates are per room per night, inclusive of:

• Wireless internet in guestroom
• Resort Fee (covered by FIDI over the official conference days Sunday 25th to Wednesday 28th March included. All pre- and post days, a discounted resort fee is offered and will on the individuals own account)
  

But exclusive of:

• Breakfast
• 11.56% Occupancy Tax

There is no extra charge for children sixteen (16) years and under, sharing the same room as the parents and using existing bedding. Maximum four (4) persons per room.

Cut-off date & Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation policy will apply for all bookings under the FIDI room block at the Hotel Del Coronado:

• There is a 72hr cancellation policy to avoid penalty. If cancellation is required within 72hrs, one night deposit plus tax will be forfeited
• No-shows will forfeit one night plus tax deposit. After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved will be charged one night room and applicable tax.

The hotel cut-off date is 26th February 2018 at Midnight CET. After this deadline the FIDI negotiated rate will no longer be available. Any booking requests after this date will be treated upon hotel availability and normal hotel rates will be applicable.
