Affiliate Meeting Room Rental at the Conference
Affiliates are entitled to rent meeting rooms from FIDI, on a "first come first served" basis and subject to availability.
FIDI has several meeting rooms available for rent. We can help you with arranging AV and/or food and beverages (f&b) as per your needs.
There is nothing easier than hosting your meeting within the conference networking space, with the full assistance of the FIDI Conference Team.
Meeting rooms rental rates:
Cost Times Half day rental 350€
Full day rental 550€
8:00am till 18:00pm *please note all rates are per day, per room

In order to best assess your meeting needs & cost, please include the following information:
- Date of meeting
- Full day or half day
- Number of attendees
- Room set up
- Whether any F&B will be needed
- Whether any AV will be needed
