All cancellations must be received in writing. A $50 administration charge will be applied to all cancellations received by January 31, 2014.
NO REFUNDS after January 31st. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. Please provide updated contact information prior to event. No-shows will
be charged full fees.
