TOOLS & RESOURCES GUIDELINES



Tools & Resources Display Table

Consists in a display table (or equivalent space for own standalone display) available to not-for-profit groups and selected others.  It provides an excellent way to showcase, distribute and discuss about the Tools and/or Resources provided by these groups, where they may distribute printed materials, videos and/or use other promotional/ informative materials to share with delegates. Tools and Resources participants will be featured in the program and online.


Tools & Resources Sessions
There will be two dedicated  sessions for delegates to visit the Tools & Resources displays throughout the day (Feb. 25): Research Market Place, 9:30 to 10:30 am and 12:45 to 1:30 pm. T& R Individuals are required to be at their display table during the specified  times to facilitate discussion and answer questions.


Applicable Fees

1) Display Table
Tools & Resources participants will be able to choose a draped 6' Table (or equivalent space), 1/2 a table (or equivalent space) (both options include 1 (one)  chair):
-  $75.00+HST for 1/2 table (or equivalent space)
- $150.00+HST for 1 (one) draped 6' table (or equivalent space).
PLEASE NOTE: You may use your own display, if it takes up similar space as the 6' table. If more tables/display space is required, additional fees will apply. Please contact Daniela Nogueira at daniela@bayleygorup.com to confirm additional table and/or space availability before paying for the respective fees.

2) Hydro, Internet & AV
Hydro, internet  and AV equipment will be available upon request. Additional charges will apply. Click here for pricing and order forms. Please complete the applicable forms (Exhibitors Application for Additional Services & Products Form, Trade Show Power Order Form and Credit Card Authorization Form), and have them sent via fax to (416-304-0113) or Email (jmcgown@psav.com). Please note that any costs incurred for this service(s) will be the responsibility of the Tools & Resources Exhibitor using the service. 3) Registration
In addition to the display table fee, the individual designated to be at the table must register online, at a flat rate of $75.00+HST, and be at the display table during the Research Market Place times: February 25,  9:30 to 10:30 am and 12:45 to 1:30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: The regular fee will apply for additional individual(s) at the table (click here for more details on the early bird, on regular registration fees and to register).

Courier/ shipping of display/ exhibit materials
Materials may be delivered at the Hilton on Friday, Feb.21 or Monday, Feb. 24 (by noon). Please note that the hotel will not accept any deliveries prior to Friday, February 21. Click here for shipping label.

Table/ Display Set-up and Take Down
Set-up – Monday, February 24, SET-UP TIMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED to 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Take Down
– Tuesday, February 25, 6:30 – 7:00 pm
