INNOVATIONS' SHOWCASE & DEN GUIDELINES



Innovations' Showcase
There will be two dedicated  sessions for delegates to visit the Innovations' Showcase exhibitors throughout the day (Feb. 25): Research Market Place, 9:30 to 10:30 am and 12:45 to 1:30 pm. Innovations'  Individuals are required to be at their display table during the specified  times to facilitate discussion and answer questions.
Delegates will be encouraged to find out about the exciting new products and innovations designed to improve care, reduce cost and create value for long term care, and Vote for the Best New LTC Product or Service Award Stay tuned for more details.


Successful applicants are responsible for:
1) Registration, travel and accommodation costs;
2) Pay for Innovations Showcase fee of $500+HST (in addition to applicant's registration);
3) Have display space in the Innovations Showcase area (6’ draped table and two chairs, or your own standalone display, subject to approval, due to space limitations);
4) Be profiled in selected promotional materials distributed before and after the event.


Hydro, internet and AV
Hydro, internet  and AV equipment will be available upon request. Additional charges will apply. Click here for pricing and order forms. Please complete the applicable forms (Exhibitors Application for Additional Services & Products Form, Trade Show Power Order Form and Credit Card Authorization Form), and have them sent via fax to (416-304-0113) or Email (jmcgown@psav.com). Please note that any costs incurred for this service(s) will be the responsibility of the Innovations' Exhibitor using the service. Courier/ shipping of display/ exhibit materials
Materials may be delivered at the Hilton on Friday, Feb.21 or Monday, Feb. 24 (by noon). Please note that the hotel will not accept any deliveries prior to Friday, February 21. Click here for shipping label.

Innovation’s Table/ Display Set-up and Take Down

Innovators' Den
The Innovators Den will take place from 5:30 to 6:10 pm on Tuesday, February 25. The innovation pitcher(s) is (are) expected to be in the Plenary Room - Toronto I/II a minimum of 15 minutes before the start of the session.

All innovators will introduce themselves and their product to the panel and the audience via a 89 second pitch.

The Best New Product or Service Award will be announced at the Research Day but will be awarded at a later date to allow for nominations and time for voting.
