2014 Sponsorship Opportunities
Reception / Dinner Sponsor (exclusive)
Kick off the Student Summit with our reception during the Career Fair on Saturday evening. Exhibitors get to take advantage of this great opportunity to get to know the students in this prime networking time. The reception is catered with heavy hors d’oeuvres and bar service and lasts approximately two hours.
Sponsorship includes:
- A representative from your company may give a brief invitation/welcome to the students following the Engineering Competition.
- Your company logo will appear on all signage and printed materials (excluding bag).
- Your company literature is welcome to be supplied in the conference bag distributed to students.
- You will receive recognition from the podium for your support.
- This sponsorship level includes the Student Interview and Career Fair Program package which includes one interview booth and one table at the Career Fair.
Company Sponsored Offsite Activity (exclusive) SOLD
Exhibitors may use this opportunity to network with students in a relaxed environment on Sunday evening. As the activity sponsor, you are welcomed to provide the tables with literature and logoed items. Information on the Offsite Activity can be found here.
Sponsorship includes:
- Your company logo will appear on all signage and printed materials (excluding bag).
- Your company literature is welcome to be supplied in the conference bag distributed to students.
- You may provide a sponsored item to be distributed or present at the dinner portion of the offsite activity. In te past, companies have provided logoed napkins, koozies, coffee sleeves, etc.
- You will receive recognition from the podium for your support.
- This sponsorship level includes the Student Interview and Career Fair Program package which includes one interview booth and one table at the Career Fair.
Company Sponsored Lunch and Networking (limit 2 companies)
Turn Sunday's lunch into a great networking event!
Sponsorship includes:
- Your company logo will appear on all signage and printed materials (excluding bag).
- Your company literature is welcome to be supplied in the conference bag distributed to students.
- You may provide a sponsored item o be distributed or present at lunch. In the past, companies have provided logoed napkins, coffee sleeves and themed menu items (ex: TAPPI Green Punch").
- You may give a brief welcome to the student participants.
Company Sponsored Transportation
These tax deductible funds will support the cost of buses.

Logo on Laptop Bag (exclusive) SOLD
This is an excellent way to promote your brand on the university campus after the Student Summit. This laptop bag will be of high quality to encourage their use on campus.

Lanyard Sponsor (exclusive)
This sponsorship offers a chance to be seen throughout the entire summit.
Sponsorship includes:
- Company name and logo (one color) will be imprinted on badge lanyards and given to all conference participants at registration.
Prizes for the Engineering Competition (exclusive) SOLD
The engineering competition is always a highlight of Student Summit. Students are given a challenge to solve using only the materials they are given. It is always amazing to see how each group approaches the same challenge.
Sponsorship includes:
Recognition from the podium.

- You may present the prizes to the team from the podium at the end of the competition.
Sponsored Travel Stipends
Students often rely on their school to fund their travel to Student Summit, but group budgets can be very low, leaving the students to pay out of pocket. Help cover their costs by sponsoring travel for a student or two!
