Frequently Asked Questions: Exhibitors

How do I sign my company up to host interviews?
Each company only needs to register once to be a part of the Interview & Career Fair Program. You may download the registration form here and email, fax or mail it to the contact information provided on the form.

How many people can I send from my company?
When you sign your company up to host interviews, it includes two complimentary exhibitor registrations. If you'd like to send more than two representatives, each additional exhibitor may register online for $100.

How many interview booths do we get?
Each company receives one interview booth included in their Interview & Career Fair Package. Additional interview booths can be purchased for $200 each and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Please email us if you'd like to purchase additional interview booths.

Where are the interviews going to be held?
The interviews will be held at the Moon Library, directly across the street from the Gateway Center, where the rest of the event (including the Career Fair) will be held. The Moon Library and the Gateway Center are approximately one mile from the group's hotel. Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided during conference hours.

What are the available interview times?
Interview booths will be available during the following times:
Friday, January 17: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday, January 18: 8:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday, January 19: 8:00am - 4:00pm

How will the interview process work on site?
We will have SUNY Graduate students directing students to the correct place for interviews. When they arrive, they will wait in a reception area. When you are ready for them, you will retrieve them from the reception area and show them to your assigned booth. This will be explained in more detail during Exhibitor Setup on Friday from 12:00pm - 2:00pm as well as to the students before they head over.

Where can I get the resumes of students attending Student Summit?
Information will be coming soon, please check back!
