Your conference registration includes the following:

What do I need money for?
You should plan to bring money for any meals not included with the conference and spending money for the offsite activity on Sunday night at Destiny USA. Saturday evening beginning at 7:00 pm is a free night. There are local attractions like ice skating, shopping and restaurants within a short distance of the hotel.
When should I book my hotel?
As soon as you know your travel plans and definitely before Christmas! Most hotels require a credit card number to hold the room, but will not require payment until arrival or checkout. The hotel will book up quickly and the cutoff date to get the conference discount is Friday, December 20 at 5:00 pm.
When should I arrive?
Most students will get into town first thing Saturday morning. This year, we are allowing interviewing companies to have interview space beginning Friday at 2:00 pm. The program itself begins at 10:00 am on Saturday. You should plan to arrive in time to take a shuttle to the Gateway Center (a 5 minute ride from the hotel) and stop by registration by 10:00 am on Saturday. A tentative schedule can be found here.
Can I pay with a check?
Pre-registration must be done online and payment must be made with a credit card. If you must pay with a check, please send us an email.
