Spring Conference Member Marketplace LIVE 


The Spring Conference Member Marketplace LIVE provides the opportunity for companies to network with Goodwill professionals in mission advancement, workforce development, human resources and resource development. Approximately 400 Goodwill employees from 161 independent Goodwill organizations representing more than 3,300 Goodwill stores and donation centers in the United States and Canada are expected to attend.

Exhibitor Guidelines


Tabletop Showcase Guidelines
Exhibitors and Sponsors each receive a 6ft. table and 2 chairs. Exhibit tables are limited and are assigned at the discretion of Goodwill Industries International. All displays, demonstrations and sales activities must be contained within the reserved space and may not impede traffic through the aisles. Exhibitors may bring one pop-up banner for brand identity and marketing purposes. Pop up banners must not exceed seven feet in height or width and must be placed directly behind the sponsor table.  Additional items such as branded table cloths and table-top engagement incentives such as raffles and prizes are permitted.


Payment Terms
We will only accept credit card payments. Table-top assignments will not be confirmed without full payment.


Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before April 15, 2018, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2018. 


Exhibitor Responsibilities 
  • Exhibitors are responsible for securing the following at their own cost:
  • Audio visual equipment and accessories
  • Material handling (labor, shipping and freight)
  • Table prizes and raffles for engagement (optional)

By registering to exhibit, each exhibiting company agrees to comply with Goodwill Industries International exhibitor prospectus terms and conditions.
