To make your hotel reservation at the HIMSS Saudi Conference hotel, please email your information including your arrival/departure dates to reservations.riy@fourseasons.com.

Don't forget to mention HIMSS to get the special rate of 1450 SAR + 5% VAT per night! Rooms included wifi access and breakfast can be added at the time of reservation for 100 Riyals per day.

Visas

If you require a visa, please complete the word document and email along with a color copy of your passport picture page to Sara at s.alwahibee@4events-sa.com. The registration company, 4events, can only assist those already registered and paid for the conference or individuals from exhibiting companies. Once they receive your information they will request an approval document which you will need to submit along with your visa application. The approval document from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not serve as your visa, you must still complete a visa application and receive a physical visa in your passport before departing for KSA. The visa application can typically be done online with a visa processing company or through the Saudi Consulate in your country.
