We would love you to become a member of our USTMA family! The best way to learn about USTMA is to schedule an appointment or free trial class so that you can come in and experience our dojang, teaching and cultural philosophy to assess whether it is a good fit for you.
Membership in USTMA is open to all individuals that commit to the study of taekwondo and the practice of taekwondo principles in their daily life. Our members are positive, supportive and focused on working in their respective pursuits using our USTMA motto of "Nothing is Impossible". The cultural attitude and self-confidence that our members achieve allows them to do great things in their daily lives. Our student athletes have higher grades, better attendance, and are healthier than average students. Our adult professionals report better focus, less stress, greater health and the mental fortitude to face each workday with vigor and inner calm.
USTMA is home to many families that practice taekwondo together showing that it is not just a sport for children. Our families report on the bonds that taekwondo provides between parents and children, siblings, and family-to-family. It offers a new way to bond with individuals and is a natural way to heal troubled relationships, open up new ways to communicate and provide a positive, healthy environment during stressful periods of life.
The culture and experience of USTMA keeps many families within our membership for years and there are numerous stories of children that have literally grown up within the walls of USTMA and continue to return home to visit from college or to rejoin the dojang after they've established their careers and/or families. This aspect of USTMA makes for a vibrant community where people feel at home and part of a larger, extended family.

Once a member, we run a full members-only internal community social network to allow members to communicate and share pictures, videos, stories and express their own questions and thoughts.

USTMA continuously shows up on resumes, college applications and biographies of our members. While the achievement of Dan levels lasts a lifetime, we believe that the power of the USTMA family is even greater.
