Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities

MBA CSEA invites companies who want to increase their brand in the European marketplace to consider a sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity. These opportunities will allow you to:

• Connect with MBA careers and recruiting professionals from top universities and corporations worldwide.
• Learn more about service opportunities in MBA careers service, demonstrate how you can add value to career centers, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Increase brand awareness and customer perception image.
• Obtain new contacts.

The deadline to register and be included in the brochure that is handed out on-site is 3 March. We can accept new sponsors and exhibitors after that date, but we will not be able to include your information in the brochure.

Conference Headline Sponsorship - EUR 5,500 (sold)
This premium sponsorship status provides the highest level of visibility.

• Recognition as the main conference sponsor.
• Signage with your company’s logo displayed at the event.
• Conference attendance passes for up to six people.
• One exhibit package with two draped tables and a sponsor banner in a premium space location.
  
• One full-page advertisement in the conference brochure.
• Company logo on the front page of the conference brochure. 
• Company logo on the MBA CSEA European Conference web site throughout from sign-up until April. 
• Recognition on the MBA CSEA web site in April and May, 2015. 
• Placement of sponsor-provided information at each break event (breakfast, lunch and breaks) in the form of single items at individual seats or promotional centerpieces on tables. 
• Free single item “stuffing” in conference attendee bags.
• Opportunity to speak to participants built into the conference schedule. 
• Free presentation room and scheduled time for 15 minute vendor or corporate showcase for interested participants.

• Recognition as a Gala Evening Event Sponsor.

• Conference attendance passes for up to four people.
• One exhibit package with a draped table and a sponsor banner in a premium space location.
• One half- page advertisement in the conference brochure.
• Company logo on the MBA CSEA European Conference web site throughout from sign-up until April. 
• Recognition on the MBA CSEA web site in April and May, 2015. 
• Placement of sponsor-provided information on meal tables in the form of single items at individual seats or promotional centerpieces.

• Conference attendance passes for up to two people.
• One half-page advertisement in the conference brochure.
• Company logo in the conference brochure and on the MBA CSEA website from sign-up until April on European Conference page.

Exhibitor Package
EUR 1,800 for non-members (includes one affiliate membership)
EUR 1,500 for members

• One exhibit space with a draped table in Exhibitors area (Internet & electricity are included)
• Company logo in the conference brochure and on the MBA CSEA website from sign-up until April on European Conference page.
• Conference attendance passes for up to two people.
• Free presentation room and scheduled time for 15 minute vendor or corporate showcase for interested participants.
• $250 discount on distribution of advertising materials in conference attendee bags. 
• Fifty-word company description and URL in conference brochure (must submit 50-word description and logo in vector format by deadline TBD)
• Inclusion in sponsor preview e-mail sent to all MBA CSEA conference participants prior to conference.
  

Additional Advertising Options
Advertising add-ons are available only to registered Sponsors and Exhibitors.

• Bag Stuffer/Distribution of Advertising Materials: EUR 400 - provide a branded single item, booklet or packet to be added to all attendees bags at registration (items must be shipped to the conference location to arrive the weekend prior to the conference)
• One Full Page Advertisement in Conference Program: EUR 800
• One ½ Page Advertisement in Conference Program: EUR 500
• One ¼ Page Advertisement in Conference Program: EUR 350
• One, targeted e-mail to conference participants prior to conference (you design, we send): EUR 500
  

Incentives for supporting multiple MBA CSEA 2015 conferences*
In order to maximize exposure, we encourage companies to become involved in multiple events, including our Asian Conference, March 18 - 20 in Hong Kong and our Global Conference, June 23 - 26, 105 in Dallas, TX. Contact us for more information about multi-conference incentives.

Incentives for sponsoring three conferences:

• 15% discount on the total price paid.
• Special recognition as a Three-Conference Sponsor in the conference program, web site, in announcements and in a rotating PowerPoint slide during the Global Conference. 
• Logo on the MBA CSEA web site as a Three-Conference Sponsor July 2015 – July 2016.
  

Incentives for sponsoring two conferences:

• 10% discount on the total price paid.
• Special recognition as a Two-Conference Sponsor in the conference program, web site, in announcements and in a rotating PowerPoint slide during the Global Conference.
• Logo on the MBA CSEA web site as a Two-Conference Sponsor July 2015 – December 2015.
  

Incentives for exhibiting (or participating as an affiliate – Asia Conference only) at two or more conferences:

• $200 discount on the second conference
