‘Making Relationships Work’: Can careers service professionals and MBA employers build effective relationships that deliver for students, schools and employers?

Both careers teams and MBA employers support a diverse set of stakeholders that often have very different needs and expectations!   In recognition of this ongoing challenge, the 2013 MBA CSC European conference will focus on how each of us can create and maintain more effective relationships - both within our organisations and across industry sectors, employers and networks.

Once again, we will see over 100 MBA career professionals and employers from across Europe and beyond, meeting to share experiences and insights and further develop our industry’s best-practice.

Adding value to your organization, this year's programme includes:

  • Keynote speakers, including John Hill, Educational Evangelist with Linkedin
  • Tailored Workshops designed to tackle issues raised by YOU
  • Structured best practice sharing sessions where you benefit from the knowledge of those around you

You may have already received an email from our organising committee inviting you to raise any issues you would like to see discussed at this year’s conference but if not, and you would like us to consider tackling a particular topic please do get in touch.

What people said about last year’s conference:

“An excellent opportunity to benchmark, share best practices and simply catch up with counterparts at fellow schools.  Participants' enthusiasm and openness is of great value, and creates an inspiring learning environment.”  Victoria Bressers,Nyenrode Business Universiteit

“Attending the MBA CSC European Conference was a priceless experience.  It was a great opportunity to dialogue and form partnerships with top European MBA schools as well as an opportunity to best practice share with other global talent acquisition leaders.  I definitely would recommend it to other company recruiting leaders!” Chris Thomas, Global Recruiting Director ECLP, GE

“For someone that is new to MBA Career Services this conference was an invaluable opportunity to meet with highly respected and experienced individuals.  They represented a great cross-section of European business schools and were very willing to share best practice.” Kira Hughes, Imperial College Business School
