Currently heading up the Hydro Engineering division of Scottish Water Horizons, Fraser is responsible for the continued successful development and growth of Scottish Water Horizons' renewables and water infrastructure businesses. With over 20 years project and programme delivery experience within the water and waste industry, Fraser has been instrumental in developing Scottish Water Horizons’ hydro and solar power capability. Over the last 12 months his main focus has been building a hydro programme of currently 50 hydro projects which will enable Scottish Water Horizons to outperform its growth generation targets, contributing towards Scottish Water's ambition of being self sufficient in terms of energy by March 2015.
