Our Conference Dinner provides an exclusive opportunity to relax and network with customers, colleagues and friends both old and new. The Conference Dinner will take place on Tuesday 23rd October at The Arches, 253 Argyle Street, Glasgow G2 8DL.

Set in Grade A listed Victorian vaults in the city centre, The Arches is an unusual and exciting venue renowned for its versatility and daring spirit in hosting spectacular events. It boasts a bar, arts venue, theatre, live music venue and nightclub.

Welcome drinks will be served at the pre-dinner reception from 7pm and dinner will be served at 8pm. There is a late bar until 2am. The dress code is smart/casual.

This year we have after-dinner entertainment from comedian Alfie Moore - a.k.a. The Stand-Up Police Sergeant. Alfie is an original and distinctive comedian with his niche area as a serving police sergeant. He came slightly later to comedy and brings a wealth of insights and comedy moments from his eighteen years on the beat, where a keen sense of humour has been the key to his success and survival!Born and raised on a council estate in Sheffield he was an apprentice in the steelworks before joining the Police.Alfie is a versatile stand-performer and is currently headlining for a variety of promoters including Buzz Comedy, Alexanders Jazz Club, Big Night Out, Funhouse Comedy, The Comedy Club, UK Comedy, Ten Feet Tall, Mirth Control, Kill For A Seat, Toby Jones, Anthony J Brown, Funny Bones, Laughing Factory, Hilarious, Edset and Big Owl . He also performs a select number of charity events each year.
