Having a presence at exhibitions demonstrates reliability and strength of position in a competitive market. Showcase your product/service range, meet potential partners, discuss developments in the industry, check out the competition and see the latest innovations being launched on the market at the technical exhibition, which will run in parallel with the conference programme.
Exhibition spaces are available in the spacious exhibition arena adjacent to the main conference hall. All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition arena on both days to enable exhibitors to access all conference participants.

The Exhibition Package
The Exhibitor registration fee includes:
- A space 3m wide by 2m deep (there is no shell scheme), with a table, two chairs and access to a power socket.
- Wifi access will be available but must be ordered prior to the event (please forward your request to Ellan Long at the BHA).
- One exhibitor pass - additional exhibitors will incur a delegate fee.
- Access to all the conference sessions, refreshments and catering, and the Conference Dinner.
- A free listing, with logo, in the Exhibitor Guide section of the printed conference brochure.
Exhibition Rates
Our intended aim is to provide a cost effective package for you to participate. BHA Members may receive a range of discounts dependent upon membership level. If you would like to know more about membership of the BHA and obtain member rates please contact Ellan Long at the BHA (T: 01258 840934).

Notes to Exhibitors:
- Exhibition build-up is from 19.00 to 21.00 on Monday 22and October, and 07.00 to 08.00 on Tuesday 23rd October. Break-down will be from16.00 to 18.00 on Wednesday 24th October.
- All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate.
- No wine, beer or spirits may be brought into the venue for consumption on the premises, unless the prior consent of the Venue has been obtained and if any corkage required has been paid.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
- Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither the Thistle Glasgow nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance or injury of anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor and any contractor under exhibitor employment are obliged to take out an insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
- Deliveries can be accepted on Monday 22nd October. Please label deliveries clearly to "BHA Annual Conference Exhibition, [your Company name], Thistle Glasgow - receiving bay, Cambridge Street, Glasgow G2 3HN, (T: 0141 332 3311)". Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
- If you require vehicular access for delivering/collecting exhibition equipment, please contact Ellan Long at the BHA to arrange this prior to the event.
- The hotel has 250 parking spaces on site and there is a public car park to the rear of the property.
