Fraser is a chartered Civil Engineer employed by Mott MacDonald small hydro team in Glasgow. His previous experience extends across the conceptual and detailed design and management of a range of infrastructure projects throughout the UK and overseas, including 400kV substations, coal export terminals, highways and marine works. More recently, Fraser has been involved in the design of hydro projects and is currently the Project Manager for the Maggotty Hydro Expansion Project in Jamaica.
