Jennifer is a partner in the real estate team and, with over ten years’ experience in the environmental field and planning expertise, a key member of Pinsent Masons’ Planning & Environment team operating across their four UK offices. She is based in the Glasgow office. Jennifer has been a member of the environmental team since its inception and has particular expertise in waste management, minerals, renewable energy and contaminated land issues. She also specialises in planning law. Jennifer has recently been advising renewable energy developers and operators on the property, planning and environmental aspects of schemes across the UK including CHP, wind farms (onshore and offshore), small scale hydro, biomass, landfill gas utilisation and hydrogen power combined with carbon capture and storage (CCS)
