Day Guests

Attendees who do not require overnight accommodations will be considered day guests. All day guests are required to secure a Daily Meeting Package (DMP) reservation using the link provided in the registration confirmation email in order to gain access to the training facility.

Daily Meeting Package (DMP) Rate: $95/day (plus tax*)
*Exact tax amounts will be displayed in Q Center's online reservation site and are subject to change.

The DMP rate includes:

  • Access to conference center facilities
  • Lunch** served during conference dining hours
  • Morning and/or afternoon snack breaks
  • Complimentary wireless internet access in meeting space
  • Complimentary parking
  • NO sleeping room

Additional Information

Check-in: Prior to checking in at the HLC information desk, all day guests must check in at the Welcome Center to confirm billing arrangements and receive a name badge.

Cut-off Date: Day guest reservations must be made by April 22, 2019.

Substitution/Replacement Policy: Registrants who are unable to attend but wish to send a substitute may modify their confirmed reservation using the link provided in the Q Center confirmation email, and replace their information with that of the substitute attendee.

Cancellation Policy: Attendees who cancel after April 22, 2019, will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation, including taxes, which will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. To avoid this charge, cancel an existing reservation prior to the cancellation date or provide a substitute.
