All overnight guests are required to secure a Complete Meeting Package (CMP) reservation using the link provided in the registration confirmation email.

CMP Rates

The CMP rate includes:

• Overnight accommodation (single occupancy)
  
• Three buffet meals** served during conference dining hours, starting with dinner on the night of arrival
  
• Morning and afternoon snack breaks
• Complimentary wireless internet access in both guest rooms and meeting space
  
• Use of the fitness center
  
• Complimentary parking, if applicable

Reservation Policies

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 1:00 p.m.
Early check-in may be allowed based on room availability.

Note: Any overnight guest who arrives on the start date of an event that begins at 8:30 a.m. will be assessed one daily meeting package in addition to the nightly CMP rate.

Cut-off Date: Sleeping room reservations must be made by April 22, 2019. Any reservations requested after this date are subject to availability.

Substitution/Replacement Policy: Registrants who are unable to attend but wish to send a substitute may modify their confirmed reservation using the link provided in the Q Center confirmation email, and replace their information with that of the substitute attendee.

Cancellation Policy: Attendees who cancel after April 22, 2019, will be responsible for the cost of the entire reservation, including taxes, which will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. To avoid a penalty, cancel an existing reservation prior to the cancellation date or provide a substitute.

Pre/Post Rates: Attendees wishing to arrive one day earlier or stay one day later than the event dates may do so at a rate of $150/night (plus tax) for a Standard Room or $200/night (plus tax) for an Executive Room, based on hotel availability. Note: This rate is different than the package rate and is only available to guests that are not participating in an event the following day. This rate includes overnight accommodations, three buffet meals, use of the fitness center and complimentary guest room internet access.
