Daily Meeting Package for Day Guests

The standard DMP includes lunch, plus morning and afternoon snacks. Attendees may request to add à la carte meals on-site at the Business Center or the Welcome Center’s Front Desk.

Complete Meeting Package for Overnight Guests

The CMP includes three meals plus morning and afternoon snacks, and starts with dinner on the night of arrival through lunch on the day of departure, or the last day of the event.

Dining Hours

All meals in the meeting package take place during the following hours in the Q Tower or Fox River Dining Rooms:

Breakfast: 6:30–8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00–8:00 p.m.

Attendees arriving after hours can purchase à la carte meals in the Brick Oven Bistro or Clubhouse restaurants.
