Q Center is a full-service conference center, located in a suburb of Chicago, with over 1,000 guest rooms, two dining halls, and 150,000 square feet of meeting rooms.

Reservations

In order to receive access to Q Center, each HLC attendee must secure an overnight or day guest reservation using the link provided in the registration confirmation email. A credit card will be required at the time of reservation to guarantee and secure the reservation. Charges will not be authorized until the date of arrival.

Preparing for Q Center

Prior to arrival, it is recommended that all attendees:

• Review the Property Map and become familiar with assigned meeting room locations.
• Guest rooms are located in buildings B, C and Q.
• Meeting rooms are located in buildings D, E and F.
  

• Wear comfortable shoes. Assigned meeting rooms may be located on different levels or in different buildings within the facility. While elevators are available, stairs may be the most direct way to get to the assigned meeting space on different levels. The Q Center is ADA compliant. Please let HLC know at the time of registration if you require special assistance.
  
  
• Download the Q Center app on any Apple or Android mobile device. Use the app while on-site to access GPS-guided directions to meeting rooms and to view session schedules and dining menus.
