| The Metro Red Bus service is an affordable and convenient transportation option to and from the Symposium venue for those flying in to Christchurch Airport. Rate | Airport - City $8.50 One Way Journey $14.00 Return Journey OPTIONS There are two bus route options as follows:  NUMBER 29 BUS | Airport-City to FendaltonThe Number 29 bus departs from Stop 17102, located outside the Sudima Hotel on Memorial Avenue (approx 150m walk from the airport terminal). This service runs every 30 minutes, seven days a week from the airport to the city, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Drop Off Location | The closest drop off and collection point to the venue is Stop 14838 on Cambridge Terrace near Worcester Street, approx 1km / 15 minutes walk from Rydges Latimer Christchurch.  PURPLE LINE BUS | Airport & Sheffield Cres to SumnerThe Purple Line bus departs from Stop 17102, located outside the Sudima Hotel on Memorial Avenue (approx 150m walk from the airport terminal). This service runs every 30 minutes, seven days a week from the airport to the city, and the journey takes approximately 50 minutes.
