Accommodation will be booked by ALGIM and the cost will be included on the invoice for registration fee/s. | 2.

Accommodation rate excludes GST and includes breakfast for one person per room. Additional breakfast/s will be charged at $22.00 ex GST per additional person per room.

Accommodation rate includes high speed internet and WIFI, and full use of the gymnasium and sauna.

4.
|
Breakfast
is served in the Bloody Mary restaurant on the ground floor from 6.00am - 10.00am. The room
rate is for dining only and excludes the room service menu. If you wish
to have breakfast in your room, the room service rate will apply and
will be charged upon checkout or will be invoiced against the purchase
order provided by your organisation. |

Any
extra costs incurred to the hotel are to be paid on departure, i.e.
mini bar, barista coffees and room service. If
required, a separate purchase order can be supplied directly to the
hotel for these costs. When you contact the Hotel, remember to state
that you are staying for the 2015 ALGIM Web & Digital Symposium. | 6.

Guests
will be asked to provide a credit card at check in to guarantee payment
of incidentals. If no credit card can be supplied the guest may be
asked to provide a cash bond of $200. This can be avoided if the guest's
employer provides an agreement to the Hotel that they will cover
payment of incidentals. |

 PARKING
| Parking at Rydges Latimer Christchurch is free of charge in the carpark located within the hotel grounds. Parking is limited to 80 spaces, and is subject to availability. |
