HLC recommends O’Hare International Airport as the most convenient airport when traveling to Q Center. The conference center is located 35 miles west of O’Hare International Airport and 45 miles northwest of Midway Airport.

Airport Transfers

A-1 Airport Limousine Service, Inc., is pleased to offer all HLC attendees a round-trip rate of $55 per person from O’Hare or $70 per person from Midway Airport to Q Center. Attendees can request this service through Q Center’s online reservation system.

A-1 Limousine reserves the right to combine multiple passengers traveling to the same location. Attendees traveling in groups should coordinate their arrival and departure times in order to ride together.

Train

Metra is the commuter rail system that runs between downtown Chicago and surrounding areas. Q Center is served by the Union Pacific West Line, with trains leaving downtown Chicago from Ogilvie Transportation Center (on Canal Street between Washington and Madison).

The closest stop to Q Center is the Geneva station, approximately two miles from the facility (about an hour train ride from downtown). The one-way fare from Chicago to Geneva is $8.25 (subject to increase). Tickets may be purchased at the station or using the Ventra app, available on any Apple or Android device.
