MAY 2017 AGENDA
Session 1 | Spectral Decomposition workflows within Petrel This presentation will look at extracting frequency volumes with the Generalized spectral decomposition attribute (GSD) and blend the resulting frequencies with RGB blending using the seismic mixer tool. It will provide an overview of the GSD attribute parameters and show the importance of the frequency vs vertical resolution. It will also focus on extracting frequencies from flattened volumes, RGB blending using box probes, RGB blending using horizon probes and RGB blending in a 3D reservoir model to optimize well planning workflows. Session 2 | Velocity Modelling Workflows for Identifying Standard Deviations to Assess Structural Uncertainty Structural uncertainty is an important aspect for quantifying the volumetric uncertainty. Many workflows have been proposed for structural uncertainty and all the workflows require a standard deviation input. This webinar will present two workflows that will allow the standard deviation to be calculated for structural uncertainty purposes. Vasileios Korakas |
Session 3 | Uncertainty Workflows in Petrel This presentation will focus on the uncertainty and sensitivity workflows within Petrel. Dr Christopher Banks |
