The cocktail reception on Wednesday and the gala dinner on Thursday are included in the registration fee. 
 
Please note that the fee does not cover lunches. The participants can have lunch in the United Nations cafeteria at their own cost on all conference days (Wed - Fri).

Cancellations
 
Cancellations done at the latest on August 31, 2011 will be refunded (-5% processing fee). Cancellations as of September 1, 2011 will not be refunded. Please contact picard2011 (at) cross-border.org for more information.
