Payment

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.


Cheque/Money Order/Bank Draft

Please make payable to “Workz4U Conference Trust Account - ORL2016”. All payments MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS.
Credit Cards: Amex, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear as Workz4U Limited on your statement.
Online Banking: Please use delegates surname as a reference when transferring funds electronically. If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.

On-site Registration

If you have not registered by Monday 10 October 2016, you can register on-site. The Registration Desk will be open from Sunday 16 October 2016. Delegates who register on-site are not guaranteed Meeting documentation or any inclusive social function tickets.


At the Conference

Your registration pack, with the programme, will be available for collection from the Workz4U registration desk. Our team will be happy to assist with any queries. The registration desk will be open at the following times:

Sunday 16 October 2016 0730-1900 hours
Monday 17 October 2016 0730-1730 hours
Tuesday 18 October 2016 0730-1330 hours
Wednesday 19 October 2016 0830-1730 hours


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the Conference Managers. Cancellations made by Monday 12 September 2016 will be refunded, less $175 cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred.
