30th Annual National MPS Society Family Conference

The National MPS Society invites you to attend the 6th Celebrating Your Child’s Life Experience (CYCLE) conference. After talking with you and reading your evaluations, we know that what is most important to you is spending time sharing your experiences with other MPS families. We’ve listened to your needs and will be hosting the CYCLE conference in conjunction with our Annual Family Conference. This is YOUR meeting with topics you’ve selected to discuss; we will have a moderator to help facilitate the session.

While there is no registration fee for this conference if you are attending the 30th Annual Family Conference, you sign up to attend when you register for the family conference. If you do not plan to attend the family conference, registrants must pay a $75 deposit per family upon registration to hold your space so we can adequately plan, please contact laurie@mpssociety.org to make this registration. This deposit will be refunded to those families who attend the conference. Complimentary childcare will be provided during the CYCLE session.

We are offering scholarships to this conference. We hope you will be able to join us and attend the family conference as well. Scholarships will include up to $500 travel reimbursement and three nights hotel (maximum).

The application form and explanatory letter must be completed and submitted electronically no later than June 1, 2016

Go to https://mps.onlineapplications.net/applications/. If you are a first-time user, click on “Register Now” to set up your account. Once you are logged in, open the 2016 Conference Scholarship Application. If you are a returning user, simply log in and apply.

Call Laurie Turner at 207.843.7040 with questions, or send an e-mail to laurie@mpssociety.org

We encourage you to book your hotel reservation early, as our room block may sell out before the deadline. Hotel and conference reservation deadlines are July 6, 2016.
