Online registration deadline is January 26. 2017.  Refunds minus a $50 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations received before January 26, 2017 and no refunds will be issued after this date.  Transfers to colleagues at the same institution can be made.

The registration fee includes conference sessions, syllabus materials, CME credit and all meal functions.  A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your registration.

Onsite registration will be available for $50 more than the registration fee for each path.

Cancellation Message
Moffitt Cancer Center’s Continuing Education policy and the Office of Continuing Professional Development at USF Health reserve the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances, in which the full registration will be refunded.  Travel expenses incurred by the participant in case of cancellation will be their own responsibility.
