Who can enter?

• Pension funds
• Group retirement savings plans
• Life insurance companies
• Insurance groups that run property portfolios on behalf of and for their group only
• Charities
• Foundations
• Sovereign wealth institutions
• Family offices
• Pensions or institutionally-owned asset management companies that invest on behalf of and exclusively for their stakeholders with no third party interests

How to enter?

Institutional Investors can enter directly or be nominated for an Award; every entry will go through the same judging process.

The process has been made as simple as possible using our online entry system. Once you have registered your details there is a step-by-step guide about how to submit your entries and you can save your entries and return to them as often as you like before formally submitting them by the entry deadline.

PLEASE NOTE: Entries can be made into all of the categories apart from the gold awards (Outstanding Industry Contribution and Best Global Real Estate Investor).

The 2016 Awards will be open for entries in the summer.
