Authors will be notified of acceptance of their abstract within two to three weeks of abstract submission.
Accepted papers will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings which are Scopus and Web of Knowledge Indexed.
The deadline for paper submission is 13th January 2017.

- Author details for all authors, and please select the Corresponding Author for ongoing communication
- Paper Title and a 300 word maximum text-only short abstract (The word limit for the abstract is 300 words, a two page limit is given to allow for tables or figures to be included)
- 3-6 keywords or phrases that describe the nature and topic of the work being presented
Please also submit a full abstract according to the template found here. This full abstract must be uploaded by File Upload, and should be in pdf format. Maximum length should be 2 pages.
For submissions for Posters (rather than oral presentations), the start of the PDF file title should be written as “POSTER_.....”.

There is no associated paper publication in AIP proceedings from poster presentations.
Full papers should then be submitted by accepted authors before the deadline of 16th December 2016.Further guidelines for papers will be sent to accepted authors, and the maximum length of the full paper is 6 pages.
