Accommodation:
Blackmores Institute have secured special group rates for the Symposium which are valid until 15 July 2016. For any rooms booked post 15 July 2016, rates will be offered on best available at the time of booking.
Note: Sydney accommodation is heavily booked over the weekend of the Symposium due to the City to Surf being held over the same weekend. It is strongly recommended, that should you wish to stay at the Hotel for the Symposium, that you book your room as soon as possible.
Rate:
City King Bed Room (including full buffet breakfast in Feast Restaurant @ $350 per room per night (Single) and $370 per room per night (Double including breakfast x 2 people).
Bookings:
  • All accommodation reservations will be made directly with the Hotel's Stargroups online reservation system.
  • Full pre-payment will be taken from the guest at the time of booking.
  • Should the reservation cancel or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
  • The Blackmores Institute Group booking of accommodation will be valid until 15 July 2016. Any additional reservations received after this date will be confirmed subject to availability only, at the rate the Hotel is selling at the time of placing the booking.

Parking:
The Hotel does have secure parking. Access to the parking station is from 138 Castlereagh Street. Discounted parking @ $55 per car will be offered for Symposium attendees. Please collect a parking ticket upon entry to the Car Park. Bring your parking ticket to the Symposium Registration desk, where you will be given a discounted ticket to use upon exit.

The parking pay-station is located on Level B3, with lifts that offer direct access up to Level 2 of the Hotel where the Symposium is being held.
