  • Early Bird Registration fees are available up to Thursday 30 June 2016
  • Standard Registration fees are available from Friday 1 July 2016
  • Registration fees includes attendance at conference sessions, morning/afternoon tea and lunch on Saturday 13 August 2016
  • Registration for the Symposium will close on Friday 5 August 2016. Any request for registration after this time must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat
  • All amounts quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD $) and include GST
 Conditions of Registration
  • Full payment MUST be received prior to the Symposium. Registrations cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
  • To qualify for Early Bird discount, registration fees must be received prior to Thursday 30 June 2016. Registration fees are based on date of payment receipt, not the date of receipt of registration form.
 Cancellations
  •  Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Symposium after submitting a registration, are welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat
  • Cancellations received for 13 July 2016 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $55. Cancellations on or after 14 July 2016 are not refundable, but substitutions are acceptable.
  • Exemptions are at the discretion of Blackmores Institute
  • By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy

  •  Blackmores Institute and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Symposium for any cause beyond its reasonable control. Blackmores Institute and the Symposium organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstance, Blackmores Institute and the Symposium organisers will not accept responsbility for loss of monies caused by delays.
  • Delegates are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. Blackmores Institute and the Symposium organisers do not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings, theft or damage to belongings.

At the end of this symposium, the pharmacist should be able to:
  • Explain key therapeutic areas where CM can be a successful adjunct therapy
  • Apple an integrative service model to clinical practice
  • List key counselling points, including efficacy, dosing, contraindications and/or interactions for a range of evidence-based CMs and how to apply to clinical practice.
