Birmingham Convention Bureau (BCB) is the official accommodation provider for Autumn Conference 2015 and we have secured rooms at a selection of hotels across the city at specially negotiated delegate rates.
Book and secure your accommodation with a credit/debit card guarantee. Payment will be taken by the hotel at the time of arrival unless otherwise stated. If required, a pro-forma invoice for pre-payment can be requested. If you need any assistance with your reservation, support is available via BCB Accommodation Team, who are available Monday- Friday, 09:00-17:15, via telephone or e-mail.
Negotiated delegate rates and rooms will be held up to 13 September 2015 for delegates, so remember to book early. If you require accommodation beyond this date or you have any queries about the website, please contact Birmingham Convention Bureau.
