A block of guest rooms has been secured at the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown hotel. This will be the main hotel for the convening. 

You do not need to contact the hotel to make modifications to your reservation. If your hotel reservation requires any revision after you have registered, please contact alix.chapie@specialdevents.com.

Please Note:

• You will need to provide a credit card upon check in.
• The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. In the event that your room isn't available for early check-in, your luggage can be stored with the hotel.
• Check in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM.
• Your guest room will have complimentary access to wireless internet. 
• Discounted valet parking is available for $15/per day and $25/overnight.
