This session will focus on school board relations and career and technical education.
Roundtable discussions with veteran superintendents are also featured. Pre-registration

Early Career Superintendents’ Institute

How are you shaping your school’s culture of innovative learning? In what ways are you integratingdigital content and STEAM? How do we harness student reflection, ownership and data to demonstrate
continuous improvement? How do we meet the needs of today’s diverse learners in an instructional
model that is flexible and adaptable?
This interactive presentation will help participants understand instruction using personalized learning
techniques. Superintendents will learn way to influence instruction in a way that prepares learners
to meet the demands of the changing landscape of the post secondary world.
