Deadlines
Faculty deadlines are listed below. If you are unable to meet a deadline, please contact Jill Cavanaugh Conference Coordinator, as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate changes to the deadline schedule.
Your Presentation, Copyrights, and Permissions
You'll need to obtain written permission to reuse or adapt ANY copyrighted material used in your PowerPoint (PPT) presentation. Click on the button below for information regarding copyright and permission requirements.
Live Audience Polling
Engage your audience! Poll Everywhere is a real-time audience response system that displays live poll results to your questions right on the screen. Attendees "vote" via mobile phone or tablet. More information is available in the "Presentation Guidelines" tab located in the navigation bar.
Travel and Hotel
ATC is the travel agency for INS. You'll be asked to set a "travel profile" with them to schedule your flight to Atlanta. More information, including INS' travel policy, is available via the following link. Manuscript
Finally, submit your manuscript via Editorial Manager for consideration of publication in the Journal of Infusion Nursing, the premier publication of INS. Click on the Manuscript button below to be connected to the Editorial Manager website. Please note: you will need to create a new registration with Editorial Manager. Click on the word REGISTER to create your manuscript registration.
