Register early to receive the Early Bird rate! Early Bird Registration rates increase at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 10, 2017.

Normal Registration fees are in effect March 11, 2017 - March 31, 2017 after which late registration rates apply to all.

*Mission and Strategy Advancement virtual sessions can be identified as VT-MSA on the program.

**Human Resource virtual sessions can be identified as VT-HR on the program.

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registrants is permitted as long as both individuals are from the same Goodwill. To substitute your registration to another individual please reference "Your Registration Record" above.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests should be emailed to GII Events and Sponsorship Team. Here is an outline detailing our cancellation dates.

Cancellations made before March 16, 2016 - Full Refund will be given.
Cancellations made between March 16 and March 30, 2016 - Refund, minus a $100 administrative fee will be given.
Cancellations made on or after March 31, 2017 - No Refund will be given.

Refund payments will not be processed until after the conference. In the event of a no show, the registrant is still responsible for payment of the registration fee and no refund will be given.
