The Goodwill® 2017 Spring Conference Member Marketplace Live Exhibits provides the exclusive opportunity for companies to network with Goodwill agency professionals that focus on mission advancement, workforce development, human resources and resource development.

This is the best opportunity to showcase your company's goods and services to the Goodwill network. Approximately 400 Goodwill employees from 163 independent Goodwill agencies representing 3,000 Goodwill stores and donation centers in the United States and Canada are expected to attend.

Payment and Responsibilities

Payment Terms
We will only accept credit card payments.  Table top assignments will not be confirmed without full payment.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before April 15, 2017, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15th, 2017. 

Exhibitor Responsibilities 
Exhibitors are responsible for securing the following at their own cost:
- Audio visual equipment & accessories
- Material handling (labor, shipping and freight)
- Table prizes and raffles for engagement (optional)

Certificate of Insurance Details
Each exhibiting organization must obtain and submit a comprehensive general liability insurance endorsed to include products and completed operations and contractual liability in a minimum amount of a $2,000,000 combined single limit. All such policies shall specifically state the following: 

1."Goodwill Industries International is named as an additional insured under above policies:" 
2."Royal Sonesta Houston is named as an additional insured under above policies". 

Policy cannot be canceled/changed without at least 10 days' prior written notice to Goodwill Industries International. Submit certificate of insurances by email or by mail to:
