Payment via bank transfer will incur a AUD30 transfer & admin fee. *Airline Delegate passes: Are strictly limited CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the complimentary airline delegate passes. Strictly one (1) complimentary passes per airline will be accepted. If your airline requires more than 1 pass, payment will be required.  Complimentary airline guest passes for are for full time direct employees of Airlines only. Any affiliates or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time Airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.  *Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes: To apply, email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com Corporate Travel Buyer passes are strictly made available to full time travel buyers/procurement/category leads at corporations. They may not be used by suppliers, consultants, advisors, TMCs or any other non buy-side professionals. Corporate Travel Buyer delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications. Delegates registering as a Corporate Travel Buyer have access on 1 August and will be required to attend the CAPA Corporate Travel Innovation Summit or the CAPA Travel Payments Innovation Summit. If you are registering as a Corporate Buyer, please ensure you contact CAPA events for your Discount Code. Paying delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, welcome receptions, full conference sessions, post event photos and analysis pieces. Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Sydney. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee. Visas: Visas are required for some nationalities. CAPA is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference. If this is required, please contact CAPA events immediately.
