ACCESS

Full conference: Monday’s opening reception, Plenary and Education sessions on Monday and Tuesday, Matchmaking event (additional registration required), Exhibition Hall during opening hours, and delegate bag and materials while supplies last.

Single day: Plenary and Education sessions on a selected day, Matchmaking event (additional registration required for the selected day), Exhibition Hall during opening hours on a selected day, and delegate bag and materials while supplies last.

HIMSS MEMBER

Rate applies to HIMSS Individual Members ONLY! If you are not a HIMSS Member, you may join during the registration process and benefit from the HIMSS Member rate for 2016!

WOHIT PARTNER

Rate applies to organising, supporting and media partners at WoHIT 2016 and their members. Registration will require partner code verification.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

Government & hospital employee

Rate applies to employees of hospitals, health clinics, healthcare providers and regional and national governmental institutions.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

HIMSS NON-MEMBER

Rate applies to employees of universities, associations, NGOs, not-for-profit or public funded organisations that are not HIMSS Members.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

NON-SPONSORING VENDOR

Rate applies to vendors, consulting firms, insurance companies that are not sponsoring or exhibiting at WoHIT 2016.

student & patient organisation

Rate applies to students and researchers currently enrolled at universities and academic institutions, and members of patient-focused organisation. Registration will require special code verification.

Rate does not apply to Non-Sponsoring Vendors.

By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

For all registrations and payments received now through 26 September 2016, the Supersaver registration rate will apply. As of 27 September 2016, you may register and pay the onsite fee.

Confirmations will be sent via email.

For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Should WoHIT be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing via email.

Cancellation through 24 October 2016 – €100.00 administrative fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation after 24 October 2016 – 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.

Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply.

PAYMENT

Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

Wire transfers may also be made by registering online and selecting the wire transfer payment (option available until 4 November 2016). Please ensure to settle your payment within 14 days from receiving your registration confirmation to the following bank account:
