Exception Human Resource Management Award
This award recognises a provider organisation that demonstrates excellence in Human Resource Management.
In your submission please:
- Provide a brief outline of your organisation (size, services, clients, history etc)
- Describe to what extent your organisation has demonstrated excellence in improving its HR through recruitment, retention and development.
- Provide examples of how staff are engaged and positive about working within the organisation
- Has your organisations innovations in HR been acknowledged by this industry and is it possible for another organisation to replicate and implement your HR Model?
- Supply any further information to support your application
- Include a photo and up to 120 words of your choice to be used for an announcement of your nomination
