How Does it Work?

• First, you must be a registered delegate of Mining Indaba 2015. During the registration process you will be required to enter your mobile phone number – only if you wish to participate in the programme. Your mobile number will remain confidential at all times– your number will not be distributed, rented, sold to any other third party. The purpose of collecting this information is for our on-site matchmaking team to contact you in the event of a last-minute meeting cancellation or in the event you may be late for your meeting during Mining Indaba 2015.
• After completion of your registration you will be sent login instructions with your username and password from OUTsmart Marketing to access the online matchmaking and meeting account.
• Once logged in, you can view all your matches as well as search on company names and keyword searches
• View the profiles and select who you want to meet (please note the profiles are updated weekly with new delegates)
• Ensure a strong meeting value proposition to increases your confirmation rates
• Your meeting invitee will be emailed your meeting requests – they will accept, decline or propose a new time
• Track the status of your meetings via your online diary
• All confirmed meetings include the contact details of the other participant – please re-confirm your meetings by e-mailing your invite

Best Advice on How to Maximise the Matchmaking Programme:

• Once you receive your access details, please review and confirm your profile is correct. It will be viewed by all other companies and the target industry sectors are used to generate your matchmaking report
• Within your profile – check your time availability. Meetings will be scheduled in these times selected
• The earlier you access your matchmaking account, update your profile and start selecting who you want to meet – the more meeting confirmations will result
• As new delegates are confirmed to attend, they will be profiled into this program so access your account on an on-going basis to view new matches and companies to meet
