What will I be responsible for paying?
You will be responsible for all your own expenses that you incur during your stay in the United States, including but not limited to, any extra cost for airline upgrades and hotel upgrades you request.  SunPower will pay for the following:

• Round-trip airfare from your home city to San Francisco and return from Las Vegas
• Hotel accommodations in San Francisco March 4 – 7 and Las Vegas March 7 – 10, 2012
• Group activities
• Organized group meals

Can I arrive early in San Francisco or depart later from Las Vegas?
Yes you can. All expenses incurred during those extra days including accommodations, meals, etc.  will need to be paid out of your own pocket as they will not be part of the SunPower Partner Incentive Trip.

Are we going to be picked up at the airport when arriving from Europe?
Yes, transfers will be organized for you based on your flight itinerary only when arriving and/or leaving in the dates defined for the incentive trip.  Incentive trip dates are March 4 arrival into San Francisco and March 10 departure from Las Vegas.   In any other situation you will have to organize your own ground transportation as required.

How are we getting from San Francisco to Las Vegas?
We will travel as a group from San Francisco to Las Vegas on Wednesday, March 7. Airline reservations will be made for each attendee and your itinerary will be provided to you at registration.

I have some special food needs, what should I do?
When you register please make sure you indicate on your request for any special food needs in the area under Special Dietary Restrictions.  We will try our best efforts to ensure your request is honored.  If you have any additional needs, please inform Susann Riedel / Cristina Fernandez to make sure they are considered as needed.

Are you going to be providing us a detailed agenda of the trip before we leave Europe?
Yes, you will receive detail agenda, travel information, electronic airline tickets and any other necessary information prior to your departure. 

Are you going to prepare some information packs to know what to visit and where to go in the dates where we will be having free time to enjoy the cities on our own?
Yes, when you arrive to your hotel in San Francisco you will receive all needed information at the hospitality desk to enjoy both San Francisco and Las Vegas during your stay.

Are we going to have native speakers during the organized group activities?
For the organized group tours we will have tour guides that will speak Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
